Signal	Service Arrangement
Amber or Red Rainstorm Warning	Remain opened as usual
Black Rainstorm Warning	If the warning is issued before the service hour, both centers will be closed. The centers will be opened within 3 hours after the warning is cancelled. If the warning is issued during the service hour, the centers will remain open, but no new counseling session will be started. The service will be resumed within 3 hours after warning is cancelled.
Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.1 or No. 3	Remain opened as usual
Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or above	If the signal No.8 or above is hoisted before the service hour, the centers will be closed. If the Hong Kong Observatory announced through Special Weather Tips that it would issue Signal No.8, no new counseling session will be started. If the signal No.8 is lower more than 4 hours before closing time, service will be resumed within 3 hours. If the signal No.8 is lower lesser than 4 hours before closing time, our service will be closed.
